Baby Highgate! | Outdoor Couples Maternity Photos | Burlington, Ontario

It's pretty rare to gain a friend that intends to stick with you for life, but that's who Stacey is to me. We met at summer camp while we were only nine years old and seventeen years later, here we are having babies together!

I can't tell you how thrilled I am to see her belly bump grow, and how much of a blessing it is to be able to photograph the most momentous occasions of the life of her and her husband Andrew (who I’ve also had the pleasure of growing up with!)

Baby Highgate is going to join us in the world in early June of 2016 and we thought mid-May would be a great time to photograph Stacey’s belly before little baby arrives! We spent a little time on the couple’s balcony and in their apartment  and finished up at the Burlington Waterfront. The Burlington Waterfront is a wonderful location for maternity photos because it’s nice and private, and isn’t too filled with activity from the water - boaters and sea-doos didn’t make their way into our photos.
